The SharePoint web parts have been developed by ITSM Company ApS, Copenhagen, Denmark, and are free for use by individuals and companies throughout their SharePoint environment(s).

These web parts are distributed through the Microsoft SharePoint AppStore on behalf of ITSM Company at no cost and are intended for use as is.

This page informs visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you or a third party accesses these web parts.

If you choose to use these web parts, then you agree to the stipulations of the collection and use of information in relation to this Policy. Foremost, we do not collect Personal Information in these web parts unless otherwise agreed with the individual parties using our web part. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information collection and use

We do not collect personal information or data as part of these web parts. The web parts are installed by the individual or company and hosted within their SharePoint environment. They do not communicate with any ITSM Company data collection services, except as covered in 4.0 below.

The web parts do not use third-party services for normal operation.

2. Logging of data

These web parts may collect deidentified usage data to be used for improving their performance and user experience. The collected data will not contain any personal or identifying information and will not be provided to any third-party services.

In the event of errors or other problems using these web parts, logs may be obtained directly from Microsoft in the case of SharePoint Online or from the operator of the on-premises SharePoint environment. ITSM Company cannot directly access this log data and, therefore, would require this information on a case-by-case basis if support is needed in relation to the normal operation of these web parts.

3. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous, unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device.

These web parts do not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the web parts may indirectly use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services (e.g., Microsoft 365 services). Please refer to the Microsoft data privacy policies for more details.

4. Service Provider or 3rd Party

We do not employ third-party companies and individuals in relation to these web parts. The web parts are entirely self-contained and do not communicate with any third-party services.

5. Links to other web sites

These web parts do not contain links to other Sites or Services except for the vendor’s website – https://itsmcompany.net or company group-related product pages.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
