Our SharePoint-based data source works with all standard Microsoft Power Automate connectors, but now we are propelling the use of Power Automate into even higher space.

Our new ITSM360 Power Automate Custom Connectors make automation in Power Automate easier and fuel the connection between CoPoilot AI and ITSM360-based data.

In fact, you can do the same CRUD operations in ITSM360 with standard Power Automate connectors from Microsoft, as you can do with our newest Custom Connector.

However, using the Custom Connectors makes the flows simpler, lighter, and more resilient.

Another important aspect is the data model. If you use standard connectors, you need an in-depth knowledge of the ITSM360 data structure.

By using the Custom Connectors, everybody can build ITSM workflows and ITSM automation based on ITSM360 data inside Microsoft Power Automate.
