Step 1 - Initial deployment to your Microsoft tenant

We offer a subscription-based service for ITSM360, which includes the initial deployment of the software on your tenant.

Our approach is straightforward: we will upload the necessary app files to your app catalog, configure the appropriate permissions in your active directory, and unpack the entire solution.

This process typically takes around 30 minutes and can be done through a shared screen session with your team. Our staff does not require any access to your systems. Once the deployment is complete, you will have access to our best practices.

Once the deployment is finished, you will have several options to consider before launching your new ITSM solution.
