The ITSM360 CP App connects to the central data structure provided by ITSM360 in SharePoint.

Deploying the apps is simple and follows the normal way of deploying Microsoft 365 into your Microsoft Teams App Catalog or to your Microsoft SharePoint App Catalog.

Once the app is loaded to your tenant, you have the freedom to deploy it as often as you need. Its unique code-free customization allows you to tailor it to your specific business objectives for Change Enablement and Problem Management.

Multimode App feature in the CP App

The CP app leverages our Microsoft 365 App framework designed in SPFx and Microsoft Fluent UI.

Our App framework includes a multimode feature, where each mode represents a main process area or practice.

The multimode offers flexibility, as it can operate with all modes enabled simultaneously or function in a single mode, depending on the specific use cases.
